This role
The Promotions Coordinator is responsible to transform sales inputs into a solid, customized, scalable trade marketing strategy to increase traffic, visibility and purchases in the Point of Sale, ensuring the promotions are defined properly, coordinating promoter movements, the material is created and deployed, and the execution of marketing campaigns has the right discipline and tracking to hit established goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and designate promotional and design scalability models of service to each commercial partner, to meet the sales goals.
  • Accompaniment and provide continuity to the marketing and promotions strategies generated by managers in different accounts.
  • Negotiation of participation in promotions with commercial companies, seeking effective profitability, reduction of fraud and overdue portfolio.
  • Plan and manage the deployment of promoters to different locations or events, ensuring coverage at key promotional sites based on sales performance and business needs.
  • Track and analyze promoter sales performance to assess the effectiveness of promotional activities, gathering data on customer interactions, conversion rates, and sales generated by promoters, in order to report on key insights and make recommendations for future promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with Risk area to define different seasonal promotions, with the aim of attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Provide support to the main sales operation activities for carriers and retailers.
  • Implement and measure the results of various initiatives to improve sales volume and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years marketing experience, leading projects with an emphasis on cross-functional projects and application of Customer/Marketing Lifecycle in managing projects through each phase from ‘reach to engage’
  • Ability to understand, present and explain initiatives and their results, as well Sales funnel concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
