This role
The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading campaigns, strategy, and structure to acquire and retain business through strategic experimentation with customer.io or similar lifecycle marketing platforms, using data analytics and customer insights; for line of credit and card products for PayJoy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new campaign strategies and experiments to drive growth and retention through lifecycle marketing e.g. loyalty schemes, referral and retention incentives.
  • Establish and execute omni-channel campaign strategy across: in-app push/messaging, whatsapp, SMS and other channels
  • Co-ordinate appropriate campaign copy, design and key visuals with designers.
  • Design core messages and creatives, in partnership with brand and content teams.
  • Conduct A/B testing for campaigns, including analysis of results and performance.
  • Oversight of optimal customer journey and experience to ensure retention e.g. supporting landing pages, CX chatbots and other assets.
  • Orchestrate and optimize campaign flows within the CRM platform, including establishing relevant events and triggers.
  • Partner with Commercial, Risk and Product teams to implement required tooling and instrumentation to track results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or studying in a field related to data analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience running effective campaigns and +1 year designing content that drive business outcomes in a start up or high growth environment.
  • Experience diagnosing non performing campaigns and strategising rapidly to course correct and test alternate campaigns (messaging, format, channel, cohorts).
  • Knowledge of large-scale bespoke application or Content Management System projects, SQL, A/B and multivariate test planning, setup, execution, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated talent for effectively presenting data insights and complicated issues to a range of audiences.
  • Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with quick turnarounds while managing multiple projects or tasks.
