This role
The Kyriba Treasury Manager is responsible for managing global cash operations, enhancing financial risk management, and driving process improvements to support business growth.

Resposibilities

  • Kyriba System Management (MUST):
  • Lead the administration and optimization of Kyriba TMS, ensuring its effective integration with accounting, ERP, and banking systems.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards within Kyriba. o Train and support treasury team members in Kyriba functionalities.
  • Responsible for updating the system on a recurring basis to maintain the correct core data based on the changes in the business.
  • Cash and Liquidity Management:
  • Oversee global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
  • Ensure sufficient funds availability for operations while maximizing investment opportunities.
  • Monitor intercompany cash flows and manage pooling structures where applicable.
  • Banking Relationship Management:
  • Manage banking relationships, including account setup, maintenance, and fee optimization.
  • Monitor compliance with banking agreements and service-level expectations.
  • Ensuring Kyriba connectivity for new bank accounts in different countries.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate foreign exchange, interest rate, credit risks, and monitor derivative transactions.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
  • Prepare accurate cash flow and liquidity reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve treasury processes, leveraging Kyriba capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • + 3 years of treasury experience, with hands-on Kyriba TMS expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of global cash management, FX, and risk management strategies. • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
