This role
The primary focus of this person will be to act as project manager and primary POC to handle around 30 kiosk locations, deploy and train promoters, handle real estate inquiries with the location owners, coordinate with marketing the creation of POS materials for the kiosk’s implementation, escalate issues, and track and report success metrics for the project. This person will help to manage Puntos PayJoy, stands in stores and 3rd party kiosks, in both will have PayJoy two business lines: phone finance and credit line.
A successful candidate is someone with a strong growth mindset. Why? it’s a new project in a growing company so the candidate needs to understand that we’re building something from scratch that can give them growth and exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Register and make payments of all rentals, materials, promoting, expenses
  • Help with the administration of inventory (devices and cards), delivery and reports to the buying team and the credit line logistics team
  • Handle real estate inquiries with the location owners (insurance, rentals, contingencies, etc.)
  • Escalate issues with engineering, sales, merchant ops, cx and different teams from the day to day situations
  • Create multiple reports and define metrics for the project. Considering: sales, traffic, inventory, performance, bugs, etc.
  • Have constant communication with the promoters in the points of sale to gather feedback from customers and theirs to create actions plan to enhance the experience
  • Help the business development and promoters team with new locations requirements and negotiations
