This role
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for campaigns to drive retention and activation goals. You will be measured by incremental impact on monthly active users and revenue, as well as optimization of CAC. You will have a strong quantitative and analytical orientation and proven results running a retention engine partner in B2C fintech. You will have experience working with Analytics, Risk and Product to tailor your strategy and strong attention to detail in execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new campaign strategies and experiments to drive growth and retention through lifecycle marketing e.g. loyalty schemes, referral and retention incentives.
  • Establish and execute omni-channel campaign strategy across: in-app push/messaging, whatsapp, SMS and other channels.
  • Co-ordinate appropriate campaign copy, design and key visuals with designers.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversight of optimal customer journey and experience to ensure retention e.g. supporting landing pages, CX chatbots and other assets.
  • Manage and execute campaigns on CRM tools as well as explore paid marketing campaigns via custom lists on meta and other platforms.
  • Partner with Commercial, Risk and Product teams to implement required tooling and instrumentation to track results.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing omni-channel campaigns through CRM and other tools (e.g. Customer.io, Hightouch).
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation for retention.
