This Role
The Brand Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate the PayJoy Credit Line and Card brand to drive audience engagement and growth. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategy and nimble execution. You should have experience delivering strong performance in organic and earned media and growing a B2C brand that is new to the market. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Brand activation to drive sales
  • Organic Social, OOH & Earned Media (Content calendar, community, content creation)
    Develop social media content for PayJoy Credit Line and Card to drive engagement including UGC content and testimonials
    Conceptualize and guide execution of organic content
    Build customer community through digital and non-digital outreach to our most loyal and engaged customers
    Develop and manage content calendars for materials and campaigns
    Improve digital assets e.g. landing page optimization to drive more conversions
  • Brand stewardship
  • Ensure brand is cohesive across all channels and partners
    Ensure strong storytelling and clarity on product offering online and in-store for PayJoy Credit Line and PayJoy Card
  • Manage internal design and external agencies (creative and marketing agencies) to execute
  • Develop precise briefs and manage internal and external content teams to execute
    Co-ordinate RFPs, selection and management of marketing agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, organic social media, earned media and/or digital marketing
  • Proven experience building a new brand and driving organic brand awareness
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
