This role
Is ideal for versatile and talented Digital Graphic Designers with a strong background in digital design, including web design for organic and paid campaigns. You should have a strong creative sensibility and the ability to communicate clearly to our ideal customer profile through design. You will preferably have agency experience and a deep understanding of how to ensure designs deliver on business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and persuasive assets required for the marketing roadmap aligned with the brand book and guidelines
- Assets for online and offline marketing campaigns
- Partner with the marketing team to design and optimize landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions
- Video editing for organic and growth-oriented social media campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Masters in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within an agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, motion design for organic and paid campaigns, web and UX design
- Experience executing designs in line with brand book guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Experience communicating quality and trust clearly to a B2C audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design
