Payjoy is looking for a Promotions Coordinator in Quito, you will work with highly skilled cross-functional teams to define and implement projects related to increase traffic, visibility and purchases in the Point of Sale. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Branding, Finance, Fraud and Risk teams to make sure the promotions are defined properly, the material is created and deployed, and the execution has the right discipline and tracking to hit established goals. Our ideal candidate is able to transform sales inputs into a solid, customized, scalable trade marketing strategy; and also be able to do a flawless execution of sales campaigns and identify opportunities to grow the number of applications.

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2C marketing innovations successfully through cross-functional collaboration across all phases of the Customer Lifecycle including all necessary activities to identify, create and deliver promotion materials, this may involve working closely with marketing agencies.
  • Create a calendar with seasonality promotions calendar and status updates to all stakeholders in a regular basis. (consider local holidays and town fests).
  • Proactively collaborate with Risk, Fraud and Finance teams to identify and manage critical milestones, dependencies, risks, scope and implementation in order to drive one common strategy.
  • Define key metrics to track and evaluate the impact of each promotion.
  • Own KPIs and achieve company’s sales objectives related to promotion launches.
  • Be responsable of merchandising and POP material.
  • Drive B2B marketing campaigns, work to help stores to improve marketing ideas.
  • Measure impact of promoters in different events.
  • Coordinate referal programs and prior borrowers campaigns.
  • Understand different client and clerk needs, to determine better incentives or promotions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ marketing experience and/or project management with an emphasis on cross-functional projects.
  • English language proficiency is required.
  • Skills and desired qualifications.
  • Experience in successfully leading projects.
  • Successful application of Customer/Marketing Lifecycle in managing projects through
  • each phase from ‘reach to engage’.
  • Ability to understand and work with Sales funnel concepts.
  • Strong team-player with proven ability to effectively work with and influence engineering, sales, marketing, finance, fraud and operations.
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members to be successful in their roles.
  • Ability to understand, present and explain initiatives and their results.
  • Experience in driving change in an evolving organization while achieving high-quality
