This Role
As Growth Manager, you will be responsible for design, implement and execute strategic campaigns to attract potential new customers across various channels, retain existing customers and help with the cross-selling strategy for the smartphone financing business. Our ideal candidate would be a lead with previous experience in Project Management, Content marketing, SEO, SEM with a dynamic, ambitious and proactive personality with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
PayJoy Mexico is looking for someone self-driven and results-driven, willing to work in a dynamic, high-change environment, always comfortable to start and implement projects from cero, willing to learn and focused on expanding PayJoy’s customer acquisition and aligned with PayJoy’s mission to empower the next billion smartphone users.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Growth liaison for the local PayJoy sales team and work closely with them to identify new opportunities and improvements
  • Design and coordinate the execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.) to attract new users or customers and utilize marketing automation to deliver personalized communications
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to generate insights to identify the most effective Growth strategies
  • Design and implement A/B testings and other experimentation methodologies to optimize Marketing and Growth campaigns, report results and make recommendations.
  • Implementing strategies for user onboarding and application to convert acquired leads into engaged customers
  • Optimize the user experience to increase user satisfaction into our landing page (Website, forms) and different digital channels
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Marketing, Fraud, Risk, Operations and Enablement teams into the implementations and impact review of existing and future initiatives
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensure maximum ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree: Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or similar
  • Minimum experience of 5+ years of proven experience in Growth, Performance or Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge and analysis of Commercial-Marketing KPIs
  • Project management and analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  • Communication skills for effective collaboration (English and Spanish)

Desirable qualifications

  • Coding (SQL or similar)
  • Understanding of statistical methods (A/B Testing)
  • Good knowledge of social media, ads and analytic platforms
