This Role
Responsibilities
- Help the operations team to filter and analyze data in a consistent and scalable way
- Assist other members of the operations team to implement improvements and develop solutions
- Generate reports and queries that guide decision-making and operations team actions
- Implement operations activities to assist with the achievement of PayJoy monthly targets
- Make actionable recommendations about how to improve outcomes based on data analysis and a deep understanding of how our product works
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate data that underpins your recommendations (we are very data-driven)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an Operations position with strong data analysis skills
- Experience on assessing customer needs and translating them into actionable initiatives
- Ability to work well individually, within a cross functional team.
- Intermediate English
- Proficiency in SQL
