We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our rock star marketing team. You will conduct experiments, build and track project performance, and use data to improve initiatives to successfully respond to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee operational and process excellence in Trade Marketing by developing reviews of qualitative and quantitative data from the CRM, store photographs and other sources of internal and external information. As well as making recommendations based on the information obtained.
- Respond to trade marketing requests in Colombia, and offer support in any other Spanish-speaking markets in LATAM as necessary.
- Support the improvement of processes and operations in the collection of trade marketing data, design, production and installation of POP material.
- Provide support in tracking and responding (when necessary) to customer queries on Google My Business, Instagram and Facebook profile in LATAM Spanish-speaking markets
- Carry out benchmarking of the competition periodically
- Recommend website optimizations and digital campaigns
- Stay up to date and propose marketing tools to support promotional projects (automation software, social media programming, etc.)
- Work closely with the Global Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement in marketing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Work experience of 1 to 2 years as a Marketing Analyst or similar positions.
- Experience in Fintech, Telcos, Retail, Mass Consumption and/or Startups.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team.
- Creativity and innovation when proposing solutions and strategies.
- Native Spanish
- English B2 or intermediate
