The Fraud Operation Manager will be at the forefront of this mission, ensuring that our operations are seamless, efficient, and resilient against fraudulent activities. This role is pivotal in maintaining the trust of our customers and safeguarding PayJoy's assets and reputation.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, possessing a deep understanding of operational dynamics in fraud prevention. They should demonstrate exceptional judgment, especially in high-stakes situations like store closures, and be adept at detecting intricate fraud patterns. Their ability to drive process automation, manage SLAs, and implement new procedures will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the fraud prevention operations.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fraud prevention department.
- Exercise sound judgment in making decisions related to operational changes, including store closures, based on fraud risk assessments.
- Detects and analyzes fraud patterns within operations, ensuring timely intervention and mitigation.
- Drive the automation of fraud detection and prevention processes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the fraud prevention operations.
- Implement new processes and procedures to stay ahead of emerging fraud trends and techniques.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking and reporting on key fraud metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of fraud prevention strategies across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on fraud prevention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect and interpret fraud patterns.
- Proficiency in process automation tools and dashboard development.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Medium-high level of English proficiency.
