This Role
PayJoy is looking for an HR Coordinator for our Panama location. This role is responsible for being the HR point of contact for Panama employees, assisting with the processes that make our office run well, including asset management, business event's coordination, and other activities. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and enjoy an environment of accelerated growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the HR point of contact for Panama employees.
  • Raise concerns and propose action plans regarding culture, team, management, and workspace.
  • Organize monthly culture engagement activities in partnership with the Culture Committee and the Country Manager.
  • Manage all employee's files and make sure the documents are up-to-date. Work closely with Legal to guarantee Local policies & procedures are available and applied as required by law. If needed, support audits.
  • Validate information the Accounting provides regarding payroll, and manage benefits providers.
  • Handle various administrative support tasks to ensure the office is perfectly functional and follows ergonomic policies, as required by law.
  • Work closely with the local IT department to track assets and ensure office security protocols are followed.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR.
  • Advanced oral and written English skills.
  • Have the ability to learn new skills quickly and with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible and reliable.
