Role at a glance:

We are looking for a junior-level Product Owner to join our Core Accounts Receivable team, focusing on delivering ERP integrations and core workflow automation for B2B payments. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to develop their product management skills by working closely with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams across engineering, implementation, and support.

As a Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for executing against defined product strategies, writing clear requirements, and helping ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of features and enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who is a critical thinker, a clear communicator, and has a strong work ethic. If you have a background in engineering, ERP systems, or accounting, that’s a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Product Managers to deliver ERP integrations and accounts receivable workflows that help businesses get paid faster and more efficiently.
  • Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Act as a bridge between product and engineering, helping to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and keep development on track.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and QA activities to ensure that features meet requirements and are delivered with quality.
  • Collaborate with implementation, customer success, and support teams to ensure that new capabilities are deployable, usable, and valuable to customers.
  • Monitor feature adoption and product KPIs, and contribute to discussions about product improvements and roadmap priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:

    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills—able to articulate technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • A self-starter with a proactive approach to learning, collaboration, and execution.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice to Have:

    • Experience working with or around ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, Acumatica, Microsoft BC).
    • Background in engineering, accounting, or financial operations.
    • Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
    • Interest in B2B payments, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS platforms.

Perks

  • Enjoy generous PTO and sick leave, because we believe in balance.
  • Fuel your days with free snacks and paid lunches in the office.
  • We've got your health covered with Major Medical Health Insurance.
  • Stay nourished with food vouchers and plan for your future with savings funds.
  • Unlock stock options and own a piece of our success!
  • Work with the best tools and equipment, setting you up to thrive.
  • And the best part? Endless growth opportunities await you as we rapidly expand!
