We’ve designed a place where product teams can bring all your digital sh** together (like Miro, Google docs, Figma files, PPTs, 3D, videos, images, PDFs, and 100’s more – you name it). With their stuff in one place, teams at Google, MillerKnoll, and Adidas are already saving time, reducing costs, and creating better products by using our platform, Naya.

Founded in 2019 out of Harvard’s Design School, Naya seeks to enable more thoughtful ideas to come to life.

Storytelling and marketing is a core function at Naya — the product enables storytelling and the team works closely with communities and users to tell better stories. As a marketing coordinator, you will get to share all of these features, tell user stories, build our community, plan launches, and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategy for authentic user-content creation and sharing across channels to create a "tipping point"
• Design and launch a series of contests and design challenges
• Support Product Hunt launches
• Help write and edit thought leadership. Connect with journalists
• Plan in person events and partner with design communities
• Help to develop sales and marketing materials including case studies
• Help to build and grow digital communities on various channels
• Develop and share newsletters and product updates with communities
• Create a plan for digital advertising, track results
• Support new website and brand development

Details

• Remote but ideally open to re-locating to NYC
• Undergrad in business or marketing or design
• 2-3 years of startup experience

Who you are

• Scrappy + Growth Mindset. You will need to try many things before something sticks.
• Strategist. You love UX but understand systems and business strategy too.
• Obsessed with quality. One wrong pixel is like the pea under the princess’s mattress. It drives you bananas! You love to go through iterations upon iterations to get things right.
• Eye for Design. You know what is good design and follow designers and design magazines like it’s your job.
• Obsession with customers. Can you feel their pain? Do you wake up in the middle of the night thinking about their experience?
• Organized. Sticky notes, calendars, to-do lists, whatever. This job requires a lot of time management.
• Fast! A bias towards action and speed of executing will be paramount. You love to go through iterations upon iterations to get things right.
• Imaginative. Shower thoughts, idea lists, wake up in the middle of the night to sketch something?
• Collaborative. You are a team player. Getting feedback by calling friends, experts, or clients to walk through problems are the norm for you. You’ll find the answer!
• Builder. By nature you love to make things. Strategies, plans, platforms.
• Phygital. Your sandbox is UI but you also love physical products and experiment in this area too.
• Tech Lover. You follow product hunt and spend your down time testing new apps.
