What will you do in this role?

A Junior Accounts Payable Accountant manages the day-to-day accounts payable function and processes for ICEYE entities globally. The individual would be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors as well as maintaining associated financial records.

Daily tasks will include:

• Posting purchase invoices and sending them to approval flow
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Maintaining payables mailboxes and scanning invoices from the scanning tool
• Managing AP related emails
• Assisting AP’s month-end closing process
• Close cooperation and communication with internal stakeholders, mainly Sourcing and Group Accounting teams
• Be part of ad hoc process and system development projects

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability and desire to learn and take ownership quickly
• Resourceful and proactive problem solver
• Team player with the ability to work individually as well

In addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you had the below attributes and skills:

• Rillion and/or Netsuite experience
• Familiarity with Citi Direct
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment for a growth company
• Experience working in an international organization with global payables
