What are we looking for?

To support the company’s growth, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our global Satellite Missions Business Line Team. You will report to the Missions Program Director in this role.

You will be based in Greece and have the exciting opportunity to lead a Greek satellite mission delivery program. Not only will you contribute to Greece's development, but you'll also work alongside the European Space Agency (ESA) to achieve this goal. Your responsibilities will include establishing a cutting-edge satellite build facility and successfully delivering a satellite mission.

As the point person, you will be in charge of managing the customer interface and overseeing the entire process from planning to completion. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with various teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and operations. Through effective coordination and alignment with business goals, you'll ensure the success of the program.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as outstanding organizational abilities. With a proven track record of managing large-scale programs and handling challenging customers, you're ready to make a lasting impact in the field of satellite missions.

The role will be based in Greece and we are looking for someone who is already based in Greece or excited about the opportunity to relocate to Greece.


  • Lead 1-2 program(s) to deliver Satellite Mission to a customer
  • Developing and maintaining an effective customer relationship
  • Establish program goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Build and lead high-performing program teams in a matrix organization, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success and satisfy reporting requirements (e.g. financial)
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program management best practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Identify and assess program risks, dependencies, and critical path activities. Proactively anticipate and address issues that may impact program timelines, budget, or quality.
  • Facilitate and remedy customer escalations of issues and complaints
  • Establish effective reporting structure and communication channels and mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate information flow among program team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
