The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing human resource functions, including new hire onboarding, employee relations, policy administration, compliance and off-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate new hire paperwork and process employee status changes for employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.

-Conduct new hire orientation meetings, delivering comprehensive overviews of company policies, procedures, culture, core values, and benefit plans.

-Administer the Onboarding program

-Conduct analyses of feedback from the Offboarding program to identify areas for improvement.

-Collaborate with the people operations and finance to oversee and assisting with employee lifecycle programs and processes.

-Communicate Human Resource policies, programs, procedures, and government regulations to employees and management, fostering understanding and compliance.

-Contractor agreement administration

-Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring HR practices and policies remain compliant.

-Handle and manage the employee offboarding cycle.

-Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; coursework relating to HR is a plus.

-5+ years of experience in human resources.

- Proficiency in employment practices, recruitment, and human resource policies and procedures.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

-Attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.

-Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
