As we continue to lead in this domain, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Cloud Service Administrator & IT Security Specialist. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our cloud services and internal IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cloud Service Administration:
- Manage and maintain cloud services, including but not limited to:
- Google Workspace
- ClickUp
- Jira
- Internally developed services
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
2. General Internal IT Service:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees regarding IT-related issues and queries.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and other devices.
3. IT Security:
- Liaise with IT security contractors to ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct periodic security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
4. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage technical aspects of employee onboarding, including account creation, access provisioning, and device setup.
- Oversee the process of employee offboarding, ensuring secure account deactivation and device retrieval.
5. Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees about IT security protocols and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to cloud services, IT policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in cloud service administration, IT support, and IT security.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Relevant certifications in cloud administration (e.g., Google Cloud Certifications) and IT security (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
