Creadits have also begun a new division in game development: (full stack development, live operations, porting games to platforms, and more). We are looking for an exceptional, results-oriented, creative and self-motivated candidate who can fully develop relationships and cultivate deals with game publishers, after an initial introduction.
-A Consultative Sales Services Professional, with a Strong Games Publisher Network
-You have good contacts with some of the top publishers in the online and mobile games industry, having sold in external services to key accounts in the past
-Finding new and creative ways to engage and manage deals with prospects excites you
-You are driven by consultative sales opportunities and have the tenacity to shepherd the closing of high-volume and long-term clients in a methodical manner on a regular basis
-You work with internal and external stakeholders to match requirements with solutions and rally teams to finalize closure.
- You build relationships by building trust and collaborate with our Business Development and our Head of Game Development to move deals through the sales funnel
-You behave like a true Developer / Publisher Partner (with flavors of a senior Account Manager, as well as games industry and knowledge of game publishing)
-You seem to intimately understand the games industry as well as a publisher’s culture and specific needs
-You have earned the right to sell services to your clients based on your relationships and background.
-Set big goals and drive towards those
-You have expertise in identifying, developing, progressing, negotiating and closing large, most complex, leading edge, high-risk opportunities, planning and leading negotiations with the highest levels of client management
-You are not afraid of tough conversations and overcoming objections.

-Build a network of stakeholder relationships within the top Game PublishersCreate and execute a thorough and methodical closing strategyCreate and deliver sales pitches that resonate with several external stakeholders (Head of Studio, GM, COO, Game Designers, Engineers, Developers)
-Assist in Deal Closure Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with the help of the BD & sales team
-Business, Marketing, Communications Degree from a university that matters
-Proficient in standard business software and sales CRM applications
-6 Years solutions or consultative selling experience in the gaming industry
-Excellent International Business English Proficiency both written and oral
-Experience walking prospective clients through product demos via conference calls
