Your Role: As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our creative endeavors, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and goals. Your expertise will be vital in developing detailed project plans, outlining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:Serve as the main point of contact for customers, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing insights and solutions to enhance their game titles' live operations.
Live Operation Strategy:Work closely with customers to develop and execute live operation strategies tailored to their game titles.Coordinate the implementation of in-game events, updates, and promotions to maximize player engagement.
Project Management:Manage live game projects for multiple customers, ensuring successful execution and delivery within agreed-upon timelines.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and allocate project resources effectively.
Performance Analysis:Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of live operations and recommend adjustments as needed.Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of live operation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, quality assurance, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.Maintain open and effective communication with internal teams and customers dring our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing LiveOps projects on the delivery side
- Technical evaluation of projects in the pre-sale stage
- Assistance in building technical and commercial proposals for Game dev/LiveOPs projects including project estimates and production plans/roadmaps
- Experience in managing distributed production teams
- Attend Client meetings as a Delivery Manager/Project Manager with the ability to discuss complex technical LiveOps projects
Your Positive Qualities:
-At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects across different phases of the software development lifecycle.
-Experience in developing and shipping digital games or live content updates, showcasing your passion for the gaming world.
