Your Role: As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our creative endeavors, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and goals. Your expertise will be vital in developing detailed project plans, outlining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
You'll skillfully manage project resources, ensuring that our teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Project schedules will be under your expert guidance, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked and reported regularly. If adjustments are needed, you'll work closely with stakeholders to establish new baselines and keep the project on track.
With a keen eye for risks, you'll identify and manage potential project risks, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.
Your adept facilitation skills will shine in project meetings, from daily stand-ups to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with stakeholders, business owners, customers, and end-users to deliver projects that exceed expectations.
Your Positive Qualities:
-At least 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects across different phases of the software development lifecycle.
-Experience in developing and shipping digital games or live content updates, showcasing your passion for the gaming world.
