Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CGI studio with a specific focus on Unreal Engine projects, including project management, resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
-Collaborate with G&P and Traffic managers to understand project requirements, establish project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
-Lead and manage a team of artists, designers, and technicians, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow in Unreal Engine.
-Manage the production pipeline and workflow for Unreal Engine projects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among team members, departments, and external partners.
-Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Unreal Engine and other relevant software, and implement best practices to improve studio efficiency and output.
-Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources
-Collaborate with G&P and sales team to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and promote the studio's services, particularly in the context of Unreal Engine projects.
Skill Set:
-Strong understanding of CGI production processes, including project management, resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling, with a specific focus on Unreal Engine projects.
-Proficient in relevant software used in CGI production, with a deep understanding of its features, workflows, and capabilities.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members in the context of Unreal Engine projects.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, specifically in the context of Unreal Engine projects.
-Attention to detail and quality control, ensuring deliverables in Unreal Engine projects meet project specifications, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
-Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and challenges in Unreal Engine projects.
-Business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and client management skills, with a specific focus on Unreal Engine projects.
Past Experience:
Previous experience in CGI production, project management, and team leadership, with a specific focus on Unreal Engine projects, is essential for a CGI Studio Manager role in this context.
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine and its capabilities, as well as experience in managing Unreal Engine projects, is highly desirable.
