The Creative team of Creadits is where the rubber meets the road. Our clients enter into ongoing contracts for creative production. The contracts require that Creadits delivers timely, high quality creatives that meet both their volume and outcome expectations, every month, without fail.
As Head of Creative / Creative Director, you will play a key role in the concepting and production of creative assets (video, design and everything in between). You will be responsible for leading the creative concepting and guiding executions that exceed the expectations of our clients. Your leadership will result in a solid in-house creative team that’s inspired by your guidance and talent.
With a deep knowledge and passion for gaming and engaging advertising, you will inspire our team to see creative opportunities with client (or internal) briefs and requirements that drive a results-centric point of view.
What You’ll Do:
-Understand and implement digital campaigns and creative strategies in the gaming space.
-Provide inspirational leadership, strategic vision and mentorship to the Creative leads and creative production team(s) .
-Foster streamlined and efficient work streams with internal and external production partners and help reduce friction and rework, with the singular focus on timely delivery.
-Responsible for understanding the strategic objectives of the business and creating department goals from such objectives that are technically sound, feasible and timely .
-Serve as a thought-leader across the company for creative insights, synthesizing trends and identifying opportunities
-Comfortable and passionate of creating new ideas in all creative spaces (including 2D, 3D/CGI production, UGC and live action).
-Experience with creative briefs and storyboards
-In-depth knowledge of Digital Media landscape including Social media i.e. FB, Snap, Tik Tok, YT, IG, Google, threads, etc.
-Working across multiple projects and ensuring internal team is informed of progress and problems.
-Develop creative concepts meant to achieve the client’s goals.
-Lead brainstorming sessions for new concepts and ideation pitches.
-Craft creative pitches and decks including rock-solid rationale, data, and supporting research for all concepts and proposals.
-Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and our clients.
-Work with internal creative team(s) to develop client-facing scripts, mock-ups, storyboards, and other creative collateral.

Experience you bring:
-10+ years experience in creative leadership within the game industry
-Experience leading brand, content, and communication design experience, with substantial exposure to a wide variety of disciplines and channels including online and offline advertising, video, social and interactive multimedia to amplify brand strategy and storytelling Inspirational leadership, team builder and team player
- Strong mentoring and team-building experience.
-Strong digital and social media campaign experience
-Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
- Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility
