You are responsible for the management of all commercial relationships with clients, putting together business plans for new and existing client contractual negotiations, and are responsible for ensuring that the commercial rigor of Creadits’ client proposals meets their business goals.
The goal is to promote, expand, educate, and ultimately grow accounts. You must be adaptable, process-oriented, and detail-oriented.
You, working with Sales, identify, analyze, and close new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be working with our internal creative group to deliver results across the organization that is aligned with Creadits’ revenue strategy and goals.
What you'll be doing:
-Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding revenue targets
-Having deep insight into the client and their needs to create opportunities for growth for new and existing clients
-Operate effectively with clients ranging from large game publishers and major media companies to small indie developers-Point of contact with clients and facilitating the communication with internal Creative team
-Assist in the development of the Scope of Work-Oversee kick-off calls and creative brief process
-Partner closely with internal creative teams to support key projects on business and operational issues throughout development and delivery
Your background:
-5+ years experience with gaming, digital media, social media, and advertising
-5+ years of project management , preferably with creative services and marketing
-Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for gaming and entertainment-Creative, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
-Experience in motivating and positively engaging staff, and management, cross-functionally in ways that build trust and enthusiasm.
