Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evolve the product master data strategy to align with company and product goals. Advocate for data quality and governance across the organization.

Data Sourcing & Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and integration partners to ensure reliable and consistent product data delivery.

Governance & Stewardship: Establish policies, roles, and standards that ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

Quality Management: Lead initiatives for profiling, validation, and enrichment of product data. Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and issue-resolution workflows.

Internal Collaboration: Work with Product & Engineering teams to meet data requirements for features and applications, and enable analytics and data products using clean, structured data.

Standards & Compliance: Champion industry data standards such as AgGateway and handle complex attributes like active ingredients, impurities and application methods.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance tools, workflows, and processes to optimize data management and support evolving business needs.

7–10 years of experience in Master Data Management, including at least 5 years focused on product data or product information systems.

Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-scale data management solutions and governance frameworks.

Demonstrated success leading data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring programs.

Experience managing external data sourcing relationships within complex B2B environments.

Ability to define and enforce data standards, policies, and rules to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

Hands-on experience with SQL and API integrations

Background in the agriculture, ag tech, or chemical industries.

Working knowledge of ag chemical data attributes, including EPA regulations, product labels, and safety data sheets (SDS).

Familiarity with AgGateway standards and data exchange protocols.

Experience supporting the development of data-driven products or analytics solutions.

Understanding of pesticide databases such as EPA or CDMS.
