Brief of the Role
We are looking for a Partner Enablement Specialist to join our fast-growing team. In this role you will primarily drive digital adoption through managing inbound enablement opportunities, and contribute toward enabling the success of our partners through education efforts. You will play a vital role in enabling our partners, the nation’s most innovative ag retailers, by supporting and equipping their teams and customers to maximize their utilization of our digital suite.While we feel strongly about periodically being in person together, we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live.
Your Background
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred and knowledge of the agricultural input supply chain is valuable. You are comfortable handling urgent and important tasks with a high degree of autonomy, and maintain excellence in all you do. You are excited about educating people and enabling them to accomplish critical outcomes, both tactical and strategic.Qualities We Seek

What we expect of you
You do what you say you will do.Own Inbound Enablement Opportunities (~85%)
You will triage and resolve inbound partner questions and requests, and deliver a world-class experience that exceeds expectations. You will help identify patterns of “friction points” in the user experience, and work to provide creative solutions through partner education and cross-functional collaboration.
Proactively Enable Through Education (~15%)
Create, maintain and iterate upon education resources and programs to drive the adoption of our digital suite. Plan and execute partner training meetings virtually and in-person, in one-on-one and large group settings.
