Brief of the Role

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our partners, North America’s most innovative ag retailers. This includes launching and adopting their AgVend-built digital platform to streamline workflows from field to office and enable frontline teams to offer more efficient, differentiated customer interactions.

While we feel strongly about periodically being in person together, we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live.

Your Background

You must have at least 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success and have knowledge of the agricultural input supply chain. You are a confident communicator both verbally and in written form and are comfortable working with many stakeholders across an organization. You make connections easily and enjoy building lasting relationships and helping organizations find success with new solutions.

  • Manage partnerships

    • We place a high value on our partners and ensuring their success when using the AgVend platform will be core to your job.

    • Crafting data driven stories and delivering compelling business reviews for your partners will be paramount to your success.

    • You are responsible for maintaining and expanding the partnership, including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

  • Onboarding new partners

    • A strong launch is key to the success of our partners. You will be charged with leading the onboarding tasks and educating our partners’ teams on the benefits of their new digital tools.

  • Be Ready for Anything

    • At our fast-growing company, you will wear multiple hats and need to be able to adapt to changing priorities. For this, you will need to enjoy a degree of ambiguity and be comfortable with your role evolving beyond this description.
