Brief of the Role

​We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for researching, planning, evolving, and successfully integrating with our customers’ and partners’ systems. Integrations are at the core of our ability to provide highly customized solutions for our customers. We will look up to you to work directly with our customers and partners to become a subject matter expert, who can organize complex details and translate them into actions for our engineering team. To be successful at this role you must be resourceful and creative. You must love asking questions, diving into technical details, and solving challenging technical problems.

What we expect of you:

You do what you say you will do.

• Become the product owner for all of our integrations.

• Work with our partners and customers to define integration requirements, resolve all integration challenges, and ensure that data is mapped and loaded correctly to our platform.

• Dive into technical details with internal and external engineering teams and drive technical solutions.

• Write detailed requirements for the engineering team.

• Read API documentation and identify new opportunities to expand and improve our integrations.

• Implement data governance procedures meeting internal requirements as well as requirements of partners and collaborators.

• Design analytical systems to verify and validate data quality and identify issues or inaccuracies in internal or external data.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience with REST APIs and/or complex systems like ERPs where the systematic handling of data is key

• 3+ years experience working directly with software engineering teams to build products

• Good understanding of data structures, SQL, and NoSQL databases

• An entrepreneurial spirit and drive to work on complex problems at scale

• Motivated by finding ways to simplify complexity

• Ability to search for and identify opportunities for improvement
