This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Analytics and Compensation Specialist to join our People team.
The Senior HR Analytics and Compensation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency within our global organization.
By leveraging advanced analytics, you will provide valuable insights into workforce trends, enabling informed and proactive decision-making by HR and business leaders. The meticulous management of HR systems ensures accurate and reliable data, optimizing our technological infrastructure to support evolving business needs. Moreover, the Compensation Specialist aspect of the role contributes directly to our ability to attract and retain top talent by ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
You have experience working with compensation and are open to adapting to the needs of a quickly growing international company. Responsibilities

    HR Analytics
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain key HR metrics and dashboards to monitor and evaluate workforce trends, turnover, and other relevant indicators.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of HR processes and procedures.
  • Compensation:
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of a data-driven total rewards and compensation structure, including compensation philosophy, market-competitive benchmarking, and analysis, as well as benefits and other employee perks that attract and retain high caliber talent while managing internal equity.
  • Manage the bi-annual compensation adjustment cycle, including benchmarking for the merit/promotion budget, implementation and oversight of the compensation adjustment process including associated communication/training, and pay equity analyses.
  • Implement tools that further automate and streamline compensation processes and decisions.
  • HR Systems Management:
  • Maintain HRIS system data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create reporting and engage in audits as needed and required.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to compensation and HR analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years proven experience in HR analytics, compensation design, and systems administration in a multinational environment.
  • In-depth understanding of global market analysis, salary planning, job analysis, job evaluations, compensation principles and practices (LatAm focus is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Radford and Willis Towers Watson benchmarking is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Advanced to Expert skill level in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools; experience with BambooHR and Tableau is a plus.
  • Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders from front-line employees to executives.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent English language proficiency is required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business.
  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese language is a plus.
